Overview

As Filson's lead marketing copywriter, I developed messaging for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand partnerships across every customer touchpoint. My role extended beyond writing individual assets to building messaging systems that scaled consistently across web, email, social, retail, experiential, video, and paid media.

Approach

Every campaign should reinforce the brand's values. My role is to distill those values into clear, engaging communication. I look for the simplest expression of an idea and refine it until each touchpoint feels purposeful, consistent, and easy to understand. Different channels serve different roles, but together they should feel like a complete thought.


Filson Spring Campaign 2026

Through Any Weather expanded a classic Filson tagline into a broader seasonal message. Using weather as a unifying theme, the campaign reinforced Filson as a four-season brand while immersing customers in the sights, sensations, and conditions that define spring, creating a natural connection to lighter, more breathable products.
